Salvador Jàfer is one of the poets with more “poetics” inserted in books and that is something insufficiently appreciated. Also, the fact that he is a model translator. Reflection and investigation are defining concepts of his kaleidoscopic cosmogony: epic, mystical, chivalric, percussed, mythical, alchemical, Bedouin. Jàfer has found out that labyrinths -like deserts- only reveal their centre to those entering them, since they are laboratories of entrance and exit; but, how to explain it without getting lost? Dogma of faith in poetry, landscaped desert.
