LA SEGONA PERIFèRIA - PUBLISHERS

La Segona Perifèria is the start and the end of a long journey. It started as a blog, then we learnt the job in different Catalan publishers, and it finally became La Segona Perifèria. For this reason, we say that La Segona Perifèria is a new publisher with more than twenty years of experience.

We publish foreign authors, new ones that are looking for their first book being published, and authors who like being on the periphery. There are no limits or borders on the periphery. Neither genres. This is the reason to have only one collection: fiction, non-fiction, short stories, essay, memoir, narrative journalism.

We know who we are, we like reading in order to discover who we are and how others live. In our catalogue there are more contemporary authors, but we are in the right of doing what we want. Periphery is a territory with no law.

We want to publish books which make our reader, publisher and writer spirit tremble. And that’s it. The books we publish will speak for us.
