EDICIONES DEL SUBSUELO - PUBLISHERS

Ediciones del Subsuelo was born in 2011 in Barcelona, an independent publishing house founded and directed by Laura Claravall. We publish a limited number of titles per year divided into two collections: Narrative and Essay. Our motivation, in the Narrative collection, is to make known authors, often unpublished in Spanish, who with their works have explored other forms of narrative, not always linked to the traditional concept of the novel; works that sometimes border on the essay but always provide a different look at the narrative history. In the Essay collection, our intention is to publicize studies and thinkings, from various aspects, on great works of literature and their construction, to discover, or rediscover, the keys of literary creation.
