AUSTROHONGARESA DE VAPORS - PUBLISHERS

Austrohongaresa de Vapors is a Valencian publishing house founded in 2016. Its catalogue comprises around thirty titles, including novels as well as investigative journalism and historical memory works. Notable publications include Catalan translations of works by Manuel Vicent, Blasco Ibáñez and Oriana Fallaci. It has also published biographies and the Catalan translation of Kenneth Tynan’s text about mass tourism in Valencia, originally published in English in The New Yorker. In the field of investigative journalism, it has published titles such as Akiva. Fugint dels llops, by Vicent Garcia Devís, and Cita a Sarajevo and Matar Joan Fuster (i altres històries), by Francesc Bayarri.
