A Fin de Cuentos is a small, independent publishing company based in Bilbao, in the Spanish Basque Country, which specializes in literature for children and teenagers. Our catalogue features non-fiction titles, a major focus for us, but also works of fiction whose stories are carefully chosen. We pay attention to all the details: contents, illustrations, design, paper quality, format and printing. Most of our books are in-house creations, though we do also buy copyright licences. We are oriented towards lesser known stories that stimulate children’s curiosity fomenting an interest in things that matter in the 21st Century. We believe in beauty, diversity and quality. Ultimately, our goal is to refute those who still believe that children’s literature is a lesser genre.
